4Industry Information
1. Piano wire: (Piano wire)
It is toughened with piano steel wire, and with strong wire drawing processing, it gives good dimensional accuracy, good surface skin, and high mechanical properties. Toughening is to continuously heat high carbon steel wire at a temperature above the deformation point for about 500 It is cooled in molten lead at ℃ to form a structure rich in workability.
The tensile strength varies with the wire diameter, the wire diameter is thin, and the tensile strength is generally higher.
2. Hard Drawn Steel Wire: (Carbon Steel Wire)-Hard Drawn Steel Wire
After toughening with hard steel wire, it is manufactured by cold-drawing wire. The materials and processing are not as strict as piano steel wire. Good quality is sometimes as good as piano steel wire, but its unevenness is usually greater than piano steel wire. , Widely used in springs with few repetitions and springs without impact load.
3. Stainless steel wire-Stainless steel wire
Stainless steel wire has soft wire and hard wire. The spring uses hard wire. This is made of stainless steel wire for fire, pickling, and strong cold. It has excellent corrosion resistance, but it is also conducive to the need for heat resistance. In the case of non-magnetic, in order to increase the tensile strength, increase the carbon content and draw the wire processing degree. Therefore, if the tensile strength is too high, stress corrosion may occur and magnetism may occur.
4. Copper alloy series elastic material-good electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance, but low heat resistance coefficient and low heat resistance.
4.1. Phosphor bronze wire (C5101W): Practical phosphor bronze for springs is three Cu alloys containing Sn3~5.5, 5.5~7, and 7~9%. In order to remove oxides and easily extend, add a small amount of P as a degreasing agent , The processed spring should be annealed at about 250℃ at low temperature.
4.2. Brass wire (C2680W): The brass used for the spring is 7~3 brass with 70% Cu and 30% Zn, with low tensile strength.
4.3. White copper wire Ni18%, Zn27%, Cu55% alloy, high strength, good spring characteristics, after processing, low temperature annealing at about 350 ℃.
4.4. Beryllium copper: Among copper alloy materials, it has the best performance, good spring elasticity and high temperature resistance.

5. Electroplated steel wire:
Depending on customer needs, its materials include SWC, SWP, SUS, galvanized wire, tinned wire, nickel-plated wire, gold-plated wire, and BATT wire.
6. Other wires: copper-clad wire, electric heating wire, iron wire, enameled wire.
